5 Seeds w/instructions Seeds are scarce. Very fragrant
The unique flowers of the Snail Vine, also known as Cork Screw Vine, make it something completely different. It is a fast-growing, twining climber bearing from summer into autumn twelve inch racemes of very striking, quite extraordinary, large, very fragrant, two inch blooms, with an unusual mixed purple-cream-yellowish color, resembling snails. A plant for your greenhouse or zone 8b+ outdoors where it should flower the first year from seed. Very rare and limited because the plant, by nature, does not produce many seed pods.
Note: This vine is not to be confused with the Purple Snail Vine Phaseolus Giganteus adenanthus, which does not have a fragrance and is fairly aggressive.
