A wonderful baby beet with proportional tops, great for roasting. The very dark 1- 1 1/2" diameter roots are cleanly attached to very uniform 8" tall glossy medium green tops and will not increase in size, allowing you to harvest small for up to a few weeks. Very uniform and clean, this OP variety has very sweet flavor and it well suited for small containers. Matures early and requires less cooking time due to it's small size.
