A single slice from one of these can be large enough to cover a piece of bread - we've had them 'hanging' over the sides! Despite its novelty value, this is a truly delicious variety with sweet, dense, juicy flesh that is truly gorgeous grilled, fried or even pulped down for sauces and paste (freeze your surplus for Winter use). And of course these are fantastic for hollowing out and stuffing!
