'Romanesco's crisp, beautiful apple-green spiraled florets impart an amazing flavor and nutty taste. Most often enjoyed raw, the Cauliflower, if lightly steamed or baked, will retain its delicious flavor and unique texture. Pulled apart, makes for a great decoration on your Hors d'oeuvres plates or as an appetizer with dip.
