Originating from the former Soviet union, this hard to find heirloom beet can become quite large, yet remain tender and sweet. Okragly Ciemnoczerwony translates to the like of "red dark". These sweet beets are great raw, cooked, pickled, grated or juiced. Greens are edible—eat them just like you would chard! Stores well. 65 days.
