Petite, versatile, early, sweet and super tasty. Pointed heads are similar to our 'Filderkraut', but much smaller, averaging only 1 1/2 to 2 pounds each - perfect for small gardens and patios or if you don't want a lot of leftovers. The dark green leaves have a wonderful crisp texture and a flavor that is sweeter than round cabbage. Great for coleslaw, fresh salads, sandwich toppings, stuffing, baked, grilled and more. Stores for up to 10 weeks. Requires rich manure and moist soil. Transplant healthy seedlings 6 weeks after sowing.
