Lady of the Night is a large shrub from the tropical Puerto Rico. It grows up to 10 feet in height, forming an upright structure with a rounded shape. Its small, oval-shaped leaves are deep green in color, giving this shrub an attractive, bushy appearance. Lady of the Night flowers bloom in clusters of 3 to 6, and range in color from off-white to white, 1-2 inches in length. Deeply fragrant, especially at night, the flowers attract butterflies and hummingbirds.
Lady of the Night grows best when planted in semi-shade and watered regularly. Zones 9-11. When growing in a pot in cold regions, take extra care to protect the plant during winter and the temperature should not fall below 30F.
