May be a good choice for container planting and small gardens, or for row-cropping in larger gardens. Mayocoba has a pale yellow hue and super soft buttery texture. This mild-flavored bean soaks up all the flavors of the cooking pot. It's a small but meaty thin-skinned bean that will take on all the flavors you can throw at it but still hold its shape.
