Nest Egg Gourds strongly resembles a goose or hen’s egg. These oblong, small gourds were traditionally used to place in the nest to trick hens. Nest Egg Gourds will grow up to 3” in diameter. Preserve your gourds by drying. Pick only when fruit is fully developed and hard enough to pick from the vines. Gourds can be waxed or painted when fully dried. (see some examples pictured)
