This unique 19th century French heirloom carrot variety is perfect for the home organic garden. Early round red-orange carrots, 1-2" in diameter, uniform and very sweet. Kids love them because of its size. They grow well in soil too shallow or heavy for longer rooted carrots and are ideal for container planting. These are very popular with our gourmet chefs, and fly off the table at Farmers Market.
