Cucuzza, or Cucuzzi Squash is a prolific, summer squash vine with beautiful, erect, white flowers, growing large, long, snake-shaped squash, which are very easy to cook, and taste delightful! They are just as good as zucchini squash, some say better because of firmer texture and a mild, never bitter taste.
Squash can grow to an enormous 4 - 5 feet long. We allow these climbers something to grow up on, like a large trellis, trees or bushes, that can handle the weight of these large squash. Fruits left on the vine to dry turn hard, can be used for crafts.
