Lukullus is an old German trade variety from 1906. Original, very coveted seeds, were gifted by one of our family members living in Germany. This tomato comes from Aschersleben, was bred by Franz Staib and is said to have emerged from a cross between 'Danish Export' and 'Juwel'. The vigorous, normal-leaved plants can reach heights of 6-7 foot. The small to medium sized, bright red salad tomatoes, have a soft, burst-resistant skin, are juicy and tastes fruity, sweet and tart. Very productive. 55-75 Days. Best controlled by staking and pruning. Indeterminate
