Sea Aster is an edible sea vegetable with long grey to green colored leaves. A superb, tender, salty succulent with a complex sweet flavor with hints of iron and nutBrackish pasture, mud flats, salt marsh.
This is a must have for any marsh gardener or forager. Please note: This is a wild species from Scotland and may be difficult cultivate.
