This is a unique kind of Primrose, totally unlike more commonly grown forms. It is very hardy and reliable and one of the most adaptable primula's, from amongst the thick and waxy evergreen rosettes of pale green or grey-green leaves, upright stems emerge in spring topped with flashy clusters of fragrant flowers in shades of yellow, olive, mauve, pink, red , blue and wine, usually with a contrasting eye. Perfect to create a private collections for Primula Galleries otherwise known as "Theaters".
Enjoys a partly shaded site with rich, moist soil. Perennial Zone: 2-9 or house plant.
