From 330,000 to ONE MILLION Scoville heat units, the Bhut Jolokia is extremely hot, nearly twice as hot as the famous Red Savina. Hotter than you can imagine. Fruits are 3 - 5 inches in length and ripen orange-red to red in color. They have a fruity flavor and a delayed, lingering heat that you will feel in the back of the throat.
