Also known as Water Beads or Water Balls these small beads absorb and will hold the water for extended periods of time until drained through transpiration. At that time or anytime prior, hydration can be replenished to their water holding capacity, which is 400-500 times their dry size. Within several minutes after immersion or contact with water, a Jelly Marble the size of a bead will reach to 0.70" inches / 1.5cm
Clear Jelly Marbles can be colored with such as food dyes can be stirred into the beads which can then be hydrated with water. Alternatively, water mixed with dye can be used to hydrate. Great for vase and save candles.
