Heuchera micrantha 'Palace Purple' has clump-forming maple-like leaves which are an attractive deep purple above and beet red beneath. Foliage color may fade to chocolaty bronze green in hot summers. Tiny, pinkish white, bell-shaped flowers in open, airy panicles are borne on slender, wiry, dark red stems extending well above the mound of leaves in late spring to early summer.
Even though they tolerate a couple hours of shade, best results are achieved when grown in full sun. Zones 4 - 8
