Blooming June to August, the 1" globes last and last. Long, sturdy stems. Height 3'. Full sun. Zone 6-9. Half-hardy Annual. Flower heads are tough and durable, making an exceptional dried flower. Long, rugged stems also make excellent fresh bouquets. Perennial in parts of the South; frequently grown as an annual elsewhere.
