5 Seeds (flowers look like orchids) w/Instructions
This exotic east Asian native is staggeringly beautiful when in bloom - and it blooms for many weeks! The stunning flowers make their first appearance in late winter while the tree is bare of leaves and last until early summer. The large 3-5" purple to lavender, orchid-like flowers are spectacular, literally covering the tree in spring. It is quite a sight to see a whole tree covered with these spectacular (and fragrant!) blooms. These are great for attracting hummingbirds and butterflies to your garden.
Geranium trees are relatively small, rarely exceeding 20 feet in height.
Hardy only in zones 9+, otherwise grow as a potted specimen in colder climates or trimmed for bonsai culture.
