The Sheep Nose Pimento is a heirloom plant that is a thick walled, juicy pimento pepper with a rich meaty flavor. The pepper is filled with a sweet mild tangy flavor and rates at 0 on a 1-5 heat scale.
The Pimento is generally used for canning and stuffing, will keep 3-4 weeks fresh in the refrigerator. Plants grow 24" high. 70-80 days from transplant.
Excellent for Hors d'oeuvre or appetizers.
