A South American native, Tropical Milkweed grows 30"-36" high and produces clusters of showy yellow-orange bi-colored flowers. Used as a nectar source by many butterfly species and also by hummingbirds. The term "weed" refers to the fact that milkweed grows in poor soil. Full sun. Very easy to grow from seeds.
This variety is suited for zones 8-11 and is not recommended for cold climates.
