The blue Pimpernel is a low growing, branching perennial that can be grown as an annual. From summer until the first frost it has electric blue flowers with pink centers.
The flowers open when the sun is shinning, that is why it is often times called the weather plant or weather flower. These work very well in hanging baskets or containers also it is a annual and spreads to about 12" and gets about 6" tall. Zone 5-10.
