This is the largest sweet pepper we've ever seen. The huge fruits have been known to grow up to 12" long. In long-summer areas, they ripen to red, but they usually remain light green in cooler regions.
Aconcagua is very popular grilled when at its full ripe red stage, but can be eaten when green or orange as well.
